Kristi Ariaz
As a trusted real estate advisor for her clients, Kristi has helped many families and individuals realize their dreams of ownership in Florida. She understands that buying or selling a home can be a complicated and deeply personal endeavor. With such high stakes both financially and personally for her clients, Kristi recognizes the value of the trust they place in her. She works diligently and consistently to not only meet, but exceed their expectations.
Growing up overseas on military bases instilled in her a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation. Trust, honesty, integrity, and perseverance are some of the core values that have followed her throughout her life. She strives to exemplify these values in every interaction with every client. Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Kristi earned her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and spent nearly two decades as a teacher, principal, and district administrator.

Living in Central Florida, Kristi has an intimate knowledge of the area. Some clients are looking for an investment property near the theme parks. With a wide variety of factors to consider, Kristi is able to knowledgably educate her clients on the short-term rental market in the area. Other clients are looking to relocate their families to Florida. Having moved to Florida with her family many years ago, she understands the uncertainty that comes with relocation. Simple things like finding a good school system for the children can seem overwhelming. She will take the time to discuss all of your questions with you in order to help you have the information necessary to make the best decision for your family.
Over the last several years, Kristi has established a reputation as an innovative and well-respected agent. She has done this through understanding the importance of positive relationships and attention to detail. Whether with the client or another real estate agent, a positive attitude is key. Attention to detail is essential when dealing with contracts. Kristi takes the time to ensure that no detail has been overlooked in your contract or throughout the escrow process.

She is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS, Florida Realtors, and the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association.
